I had a small project that required precision cutting on a rigid rubber block to fit around wall trim. After reaching out to several machine shops, most were unable to help due to the size of the job. Fortunately, I connected with Kent from Gross Machining, who responded promptly and asked for a brief description of what I needed.Kent was extremely helpful in understanding the details of my project and clearly explained how he could complete the work. He also provided a very reasonable estimate. We scheduled a time to meet at his shop in Phoenix, and he was flexible and accommodating with scheduling.When I arrived, I was impressed by his well-equipped shop—it was clear he had the tools and expertise to handle a wide range of projects. After speaking with him about his work, it became obvious that if you need a custom part made or repaired—especially something you can’t get from a manufacturer—Kent is the person to go to.He’s built a great niche business, especially for smaller projects that many other machine shops tend to turn away. I had a Great experience with Kent. I had a specific need and I needed to call a machine shop and Kent was available. Very knowledgeable. Had everything I needed- he was very kind and humble, and I would definitely refer him out to anyone that needed his assistance.

I had a hard time finding someone. I called him and he was up for the task. I went to his shop and made me comfortable immediately. Very nice and very knowledgeable and also took the time to get a solid idea of what I needed. He modified some hardened steel parts for my sport bike and they came out absolutely perfect!!! He even had them done earlier than expected. I will be using him again and I will recommend this shop to anyone. Thank you so much!!!!
