🔥 Employee Spotlight: Russell "Rusty" Pollock🔥

Some employees become more than just part of a company. Over the years, their knowledge, experience, and dedication become part of the foundation the company is built on.

Rusty has been exactly that for Marine MetalCraft.

When it comes to welding, Rusty brings a level of experience and expertise that is hard to match. He has spent years perfecting his craft, and the quality of his work speaks for itself. Put a welding hood on him, give him a job to do, and you can count on Rusty to get after it and produce the kind of welds we are proud to put the Marine MetalCraft name behind.

And don't let those younger welders get too comfortable. Rusty can still outweld the young guys and make it look easy. 💪🔥

But what we appreciate about Rusty goes far beyond his welding ability.

You don't have to chase him down and ask him to get started. You don't have to wonder what he's working on. More often than not, you'll find Rusty right where you'd expect him to be: at his station, hood down, getting the job done.

That kind of dependability is invaluable.

After nearly 5 years with the company, Rusty also carries something that can't simply be taught in a training manual: knowledge. He understands the work, knows what quality should look like, and brings years of real-world experience to our shop every single day.

People like Rusty are an important reminder that some of the greatest assets in any manufacturing company aren't the machines sitting on the floor. They're the experienced people standing beside them.

There is one very important rule around the shop, though...

Don't take Rusty's tools. 😂

If something disappears from his station, you can pretty much guarantee he's going to come looking for it, and probably for whoever decided to borrow it.

Rusty, jokes aside, we want you to know how much we genuinely appreciate you. Thank you for the countless years of hard work, the quality you put into your craft, the knowledge you bring to our company, and the example you continue to set through your work ethic.

More than 5 years of dedication deserves recognition.

We're incredibly thankful to have Rusty as part of the Marine MetalCraft family, and we're proud to have his craftsmanship represented in the work that leaves our doors every day.

👏 Thank you, Rusty, for everything you do and everything you've contributed to Marine MetalCraft over the years.

And seriously, everybody...

Put his tools back where you found them. 😂🔧🔥

Never Forget - September 11

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the heroes who answered the call on September 11, 2001.

Twenty-five years later, we continue to reflect on the courage, sacrifice, and resilience shown on one of the most difficult days in our nation's history. We remember the first responders who rushed toward danger, the service members who answered their country's call, and the countless individuals whose acts of bravery and selflessness inspired an entire nation.

As we honor their memory, we are also reminded of the strength that emerges when people come together in the face of adversity. The spirit of unity, compassion, and determination demonstrated during that time remains a powerful example for all of us today.

At Marine MetalCraft, we join millions of Americans in taking a moment to remember those we lost, honor those who served, and express our gratitude to the men and women who continue to protect and serve our communities every day.

May we never forget the sacrifices made, the heroes who emerged, and the resilience of a nation determined to move forward together.

We Remember. We Honor. We Never Forget.

🚀 New Week. New Opportunities. Let's Get After It. 🚀

Every week brings a fresh opportunity to learn, improve, and move one step closer to our goals.

As we kick off another busy week at Marine MetalCraft, we're grateful for the employees, customers, and partners who continue to be part of our journey. Whether it's fabrication, machining, powder coating, assembly, or everything in between, it takes a dedicated team working together to keep things moving forward.

The work ahead of us is exciting. New projects are coming through the doors, new opportunities are on the horizon, and we're continuing to build on the momentum we've created throughout the year.

Success in manufacturing doesn't come from one big moment. It comes from showing up every day with the right attitude, staying focused on quality, supporting one another, and taking pride in what we do.

As the temperatures remain high this week, we're also reminding everyone to stay hydrated, work safely, and look out for one another. Production is important, but making sure everyone goes home safe at the end of the day will always be our top priority.

We're proud of the team we've built, grateful for the trust our customers place in us, and excited about what lies ahead.

Here's to a productive week, new opportunities, and continuing to raise the standard.

☀️ It's Shaping Up to Be a Hot Week, But We're Ready for It. ☀️

As temperatures continue to climb this week, one thing remains constant here at Marine MetalCraft: the dedication of our team.

While many people are trying to stay cool indoors, our employees are showing up each day ready to fabricate, machine, powder coat, assemble, and keep production moving forward. The work doesn't stop just because the thermometer rises, and that's a testament to the commitment, professionalism, and work ethic of the people who make this company what it is.

That said, productivity is important, but safety always comes first.

With the heat we're experiencing, we're encouraging everyone to take the necessary precautions:

✅ Stay hydrated
✅ Take breaks when needed
✅ Watch for signs of heat stress
✅ Look out for your coworkers
✅ Put safety ahead of speed

We are grateful for a team that not only works hard but also works smart, ensuring everyone goes home safely at the end of the day.

As we kick off another week, we're thankful for our employees, our customers, and the opportunities in front of us. There's plenty of work to be done, and we're excited to continue building, growing, and delivering quality products for our partners.

To everyone working through the heat this week, whether you're in manufacturing, construction, transportation, agriculture, or any other industry keeping America moving, stay safe and take care of yourselves.

Let's make it a great week. 💪

Built Through Experience. Proven Through Results.

There's a lot of talk in manufacturing about systems, processes, traceability,
quality control, and documentation.

And those things matter.

At Marine MetalCraft, we've never viewed quality as a marketing strategy.

We've viewed it as a responsibility.

Every part we fabricate, machine, finish, inspect, and ship carries our name with it. Long after it leaves our facility, our reputation goes with it.

Quality isn't created by a single inspection. It's not created by a spreadsheet. It's not created by a slogan.

It's created by a team of skilled people who show up every day committed to doing things the right way.

It's built through experience. It's reinforced by process. It's proven through results.

Over the years we've learned that consistency comes from balancing both people and systems. You need documented procedures, traceability, accountability, and quality controls. But you also need the knowledge that comes from years of solving problems, meeting deadlines, supporting customers, and continuously improving.

At Marine MetalCraft, we take pride in what we've built—not just our capabilities, but the culture behind them.

A culture that values: ✅ Accountability over excuses ✅ Consistency over shortcuts ✅ Long-term partnerships over short-term wins ✅ Continuous improvement over complacency

As we continue to grow our fabrication, machining, and powder coating operations, our focus remains the same as it has always been:

Deliver quality work. Take care of our customers. Support our team. Keep getting better.

We're grateful for every customer who trusts us, every employee who contributes to our success, and every opportunity that allows us to prove ourselves again and again.

The best measure of a manufacturing partner isn't what they promise.

It's what they deliver.

Huge thanks to Bandanas BBQ and B's Sweets for making today extra special for our crew.

Between the brisket and brownies, I'm pretty sure everyone left the building today with a full stomach and a smile on their face.

We'll be taking the next week off to spend time with our families and celebrate 250 years of our great country.

Don't worry, we won't be gone too long. We'll be back to work July 6th. Until then, stay safe and enjoy the weather.
