I just finished a 7-minute workout with my beautiful wife (and guinea pig for everything) . Also utilizing the foldable mat from .mat

I will be rolling out eight 7-minute workouts that will be part of a series called Tension7 (obviously lol). I am excited to start filming it, but there is more work to do before it gets to that point. Are you excited for Tension7?

This applies to any area of life- especially fitness. I think about the saying “if you dont make time for your wellness, then you’ll be forced to make time for sickness.”
It’s not easy to consistently workout, or eat healthy. And it’s certainly not cheap to pick higher quality, minimally processed foods over the quick and easy processed foods.
However I’d much rather make those things a priority than the inevitable consequences that come from not doing so.
The evidence is clear- don’t ignore exercising for one more day. It is something you can do today to reduce the risk of all mortality and help to ward off diabetes, heart disease, cancer, anxiety and Alzheimer’s disease.

It’s pretty amazing that I get to help people achieve their fitness goals AND recover from injuries! But at the end of the day, we just provide the tool. It’s all about customers like this- the ones who make the change for themselves, one day at a time. Kudos to all you Tension Warriors out there getting after it!

It still boggles my mind how I had hypertension/high blood pressure for well over a decade. 😳 Whenever I take my blood pressure now, I still get a bit nervous because it used to always be high. But here’s the exciting part – it’s been 3.5 years that I have been off blood pressure medicine, and I always love seeing a healthy pressure on that monitor! 💪❤️

My boys have been wanting to do a lemonade stand for well over a year. Yesterday, we were finally able to do it.
-
On top of selling lemonade, they wanted to sell a childrens Halloween book they helped me write, Bobo Bunches and the Haunted Scarecrows. It has been something I’ve wanted to do ever since they were babies, and I’m glad I was able to do it while they were still young.
-
And the best part about it is that I was able to teach them about sales, marketing, profit and margin. I was tempted to take taxes out of their earnings too, but I figured I save them the pain for now.
