What are Goldsprints? Short, stationary roller races on fork-mounted fixed gear bikes. Crowds are encouraged to cheer, heckle, and get rowdy!

Two riders sprint against the clock and each other typically for 500-1000 meters. Sprints typically last between 20-60 seconds and require no prior cycling experience. What does the PBMA provide? We'll supply two rollers, two bikes, and the rest of the necessary equipment (excluding a projector at this time). We'll also have at least one PBMA member to run the technical side. What are the rental r

ates? Rates vary per event, but on average, we request ~$100-150/night. This covers transportation for our crew, compensation for those working the event, and any additional expenses. All remaining funds go to the PBMA. We also can work out non-monetary fees, such as beers/food, equipment maintenance, donations,e tc. How often do you host races? As frequently as we've got interest! Out of respect to already scheduled events and to keep public interest up, we'd like to keep it to no more than one event per month. How do I book an event?
