We’re thrilled to announce the promotion of Kenny Dishon to Chief Operating Officer at Formers International, Inc.
Kenny has been an integral part of the Formers International family since 1993, contributing deep industry expertise, operational vision, and leadership across multiple areas of the business. Over the years, he has held key roles including Engineering Manager, Operations Manager, Director of Sales & Engineering, General Manager, and most recently Vice President of Operations — where he provided oversight of company departments and personnel while driving strategic growth and operational excellence.
Throughout his tenure, Kenny has played a pivotal role in strengthening our processes, cultivating strong customer relationships, and innovating products that have helped position Formers International as a solution driven partner in the packaging industry. His extensive knowledge of packaging machinery, complex former specifications, and commitment to delivering quality has consistently elevated our operational performance.
In his new role as COO, Kenny will lead U.S. operations with a focus on ex*****on, scalability, and continued innovation — ensuring we deliver even greater value to our partners and clients around the world. His leadership will be instrumental as we build on our legacy of excellence and pursue new opportunities for growth.
