We specialize in outboard-powered center consoles, electronics upgrades, rigging, and full-service vessel management for customers who expect things done right the first time.
Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Marine Technician to perform maintenance, diagnostics, rigging, and repair on a variety of boats and marine systems. The ideal candidate is mechanically strong, detail-oriented, dependable, and takes pride in clean, professional work.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine service and preventive maintenance on outboard engines, lower units, steering systems, and electrical components
Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
Rig and re-rig boats including engine installs, fuel and cooling systems, electrical wiring, controls, and accessories
Install marine electronics, trolling motors, Power-Poles, Starlink systems, and night vision cameras
Assist with winterization and de-winterization
Conduct sea trials to verify proper operation and workmanship
Maintain clean, accurate service documentation
Communicate clearly with management and customers regarding repairs, timelines, and recommendations
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of hands-on marine technician or rigger experience preferred
Strong experience with 12V electrical systems
Proficient in outboard engine diagnostics, repair, and repowers
Mercury, Yamaha, and/or Suzuki certification preferred
Strong understanding of marine electronics and rigging best practices
Ability to read wiring diagrams, service manuals, and technical documentation
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in and around boats in varying conditions
Preferred (Not Required)
AC electrical systems experience
Diesel experience
