Well… it finally happened 🍀

A leprechaun has officially taken over HR at Jay Industries! And honestly, we’re not mad about it—she showed up with a basket full of treats, a whole lot of Irish cheer, and zero interest in emails or meetings 😂

Safe to say morale is high and luck is definitely on our side today.

Walking the floor at Jay Industries today, something simple caught my eye.

Lying in a crack in the concrete was a small, perfectly shaped metal heart. In the middle of a busy shop floor — machines running, work moving, the normal pace of the day — it would’ve been easy to walk right past it.

But it made me stop for a moment.

It reminded me that even in places most people would consider rough — a factory floor, worn concrete, the everyday grind of work — there’s still beauty if you take the time to notice it.

And it also reminded me of something even more important.

At the heart of everything we do here are our people.

The men and women who show up every day, take pride in their work, support one another, and keep this place moving forward. Companies don’t run on machines or buildings — they run on people.

Our employees are truly the heart of Jay Industries, and I’m grateful for every one of them.

Thank you for what you do every day.
