Last Friday’s Employee Appreciation Day was everything we love about Ambrose: good food, genuine laughter, and the kind of people who make work feel like family.

Between our chili cook-off (shoutout to Hot Ones: Shop Floor Edition for coming with hot chili and even hotter questions 🌶️) and celebrating milestones that remind us how far we’ve come, it was another reminder of what truly makes this place special — the people in it.

Our crew just finished installing the structural-steel framework and cut the first roof opening—setting the stage to crane a 300 ft³ hopper straight into the plant.

Next up: take off the roof, crane in the hopper, and build out the conveyor line

Mechanical installation of the M-410iC robot, end-of-arm tooling, and supporting conveyors is complete. All robotic systems are built and tested in-house to validate mechanical fit, functionality, and integration before field deployment. This hands-on approach enables our team to address design nuances, resolve potential issues, and optimize system performance.

Next up: installing perimeter guarding and safety interlocks in preparation for system startup and initial testing.

This past Saturday a group of Ambrose employees and some of their loved ones laced up for a 5K supporting preschool, elementary, and middle school students right here in Kansas.

Congratulations to all who participated and a special shout out to one of our own, John Thompson, for finishing 1st place in Male Top Overall Masters! Everyone who came out rocked this race and had a great time cheering each other on.
