Schoelerman Contracting would like to invite all past, present, and future customers to an Open House at one of our coolest builds to date.

This project has been an incredible journey—from the initial design phase, through site work and construction, all the way to the final finishing touches.

The result is a 100-foot-wide, fully integrated smart shop featuring geothermal heating and cooling, advanced electronic controls, and a level of detail we’re extremely proud of. It’s the kind of facility that sets the bar for what a modern shop can be.

We’ll also be hosting a vendor showcase featuring our partners at EPS and others. Come explore our full range of building systems and services, including: • Solid core, post frame, and ladder frame buildings
• Residential and commercial construction options
• Midland garage door systems
• Our in-house plumbing and geothermal heating & cooling division
• Additional vendor displays and product lines
