Call me today to set up a consultation appointment. At the consultation we will go over your fitness goals, current exercise routine, any past injuries and discuss food tracking. The consultation will be $25 but that fee will go towards your first training session if you decide to book one. Once you schedule and pay for your training sess

ion via PayPal, I will design a workout that is customized toward your goals. Each training session will include warming up, going through the exercise program, plus cooling down and stretching. Training session prices:
1 hour training session: $45
30 minute training session: $30


Group Training:
If there is a group of friends or family that would like to train together the price would be $30 each per one hour session with a minimum of three people participating. Online Personal Training:
I will design a workout for you to do on your own for $20 and the workout will be sent to you via email. I am very excited for this opportunity to help women feel confident and get in the best shape of their lives. Please contact me with any additional questions and I will be happy to answer them. Here’s another home workout, this can be for a beginner to advanced. For beginners do 10-12 repetitions, for intermediate or advanced go for time. Do 60 seconds of each exercise for one round with 15-30 seconds rest between each exercise. Then do a round of 45 seconds then a round of 30 seconds.
