For over 20 years Bullard Industrial Technologies, Inc. has provided distance learning-based license preparation courses for the 9 States requiring licensing and the majority of Cities having licensing requirements. We also provide distance learning-based Power Engineering courses for the American Society of Power Engineers (ASOPE) exams as well as those for the National Institute for the Uniform Licensing of Power Engineers (NIULPE). These are the only distance learning courses designed specifically for License Preparation available to the general public and are offered at a very reasonable cost. The distance learning format provides the student with the advantage of having a personal instructor, studying at his or her own pace at his or her own convenience without the hassles of commuting to and from class and no interference or missed classes due to working a shift work-based schedule.
