Throwing it back to an outdoor dryland training session with at their MoveStrong training space.
The off-season is where champions are built. Strength, coordination, grip, core stability, and total-body athleticism all play a role in becoming a stronger, more resilient swimmer. Outdoor training adds a fun and challenging element while developing transferable strength that carries over to the pool.
