William Gottlieb and Aurora developed 540 Hudson Street is on the rise! The BKSK Architects design is a 7-story mixed-use building that features a curved brick façade with corbeled cornice to create a graceful undulating effect that goes throughout the structure in the Greenwich Village Landmark District.

Vandewater topped out! This 33-story residential tower is a massive concrete development in Morningside Heights with 183 condominium units and an elaborately sculpted Art Deco façade. Congrats to Savanna Partners, INC Architecture and Design, SLCE Architects, and the entire Vandewater team!

Construction is complete on Vandewater, a 33-story, 183-unit project from SLCE and Savanna at 543 West 122nd Street in Morningside Heights, Manhattan.
