Another EMTG Project happening now!

We are thrilled to share that today The Community Builders, Inc. together with its partners Mulford and The Municipal Housing Authority for the City of Yonkers closed on Willow at The Ridgeway. Willow will be a new, all-electric, Passive House, 100% affordable building providing 92 PBV units for seniors on the MHACY Section 8 waitlist. This is the sixth and final phase of the decade-long transformative redevelopment of the former Cottage Place Gardens public housing complex into The Ridgeway, a mixed-income community of choice with 500 residential units, three daycares, and a central open space with a playground and ADA-accessible walking path.
