Another Five Star review below from an amazing client!
"When my prewar apartment underwent major repairs, my living space was piled with 4 closets worth of clothing, linens, coats and utility items. Memories that were tucked into corners long forgotten included my late mothers wedding dress, baby clothes of mine and decades worth of letters and photographs.
Once the repairs were over, I was overwhelmed and despondent not just by the pile of dust and trash, but the magnitude of work that lay ahead. I had spent days sorting and tossing out items but despite lessening the load, I couldn't reconfigure a space that I had utilized the same way for decades. How was I supposed to put it all back and make it look better than before?
In comes Sue and Iwona! Like a beacon in the night, the day of her arrival was accompanied by armor that included organizers, a handy label making machine and so much positivity and levity, I started to feel the load lift off my very heavy chest. Sue was highly skilled at helping me sort through items that no longer served me. She was positive, encouraging, sensitive and a good listener when it came to my concerns. Her silent yet powerful assistant Iwona would take what seemed like endless miles of mayhem and carefully place them into clear bins so that I can see these items in a way never expected.
They both honored what was sentimental and carefully folded away tender memories- I am grateful for their support through what would have felt like an impossible feat. My items are so neatly folded I can't bear the though of undoing any of it but the talented Iwona showed me how to maximize space with her special folding super powers. I open my closets about 4 times a day now for no reason but just out of pride for having spaces that breathe and feel light and organized. Getting dressed is actually FUN now because all of my items are organized and laid out in such a coordinated manner that I don't have to fight through piles to access what I need.
Lastly, at the end of a long exhausting day, these warriors offer to take my donations and drop them off to charity. My mouth dropped and so did my tears - Thank you Sue!
