Crafted in stone for one of New York’s most refined dining rooms: Le Jardinier, the Michelin Guide recognized restaurant designed by Joseph Dirand.
For this exceptional project, our company EDM executed the full interior stonework in Verde Guatemala quartzite, a striking green natural stone whose depth, movement and elegance define the atmosphere of the space. Floors, dining tables, bar, counters, bespoke furniture and staircase were all meticulously realized in this remarkable material.
The result is an interior where architecture and craftsmanship meet nature: rich green surfaces reflecting light, enhancing the greenhouse inspired vision of the restaurant, and creating a serene yet luxurious setting in the heart of Manhattan.
