Please...PLEASE.... don't ever let someone convince you not to get proper permits for major renovations.... Inspections are not simply to generate revenue, and will not increase your taxes...theyre in your best interest....Thru the Grace of God, this amazing property didn't burn to the ground....Screws thru wires, Dishwasher equipment ground wrapped around frame, even tho the factory ground screw is inside the box!!! Not a single connector on any box, zero...live k**b and tube stuffed inside wall cavity.....Oh my

Photo #1 old style fixture on the right, new LED fixture on left....pic #2 shows the entire fixture at 1/2 inch ..pic #3 shows the bulky old can fixture..pic #4 shows how the new fixture is only the thickness of drywall, allowing placement even at a main Gert/joist intersection....New LEDs have 5 color/temp selections, 50,000 hrs of life expectancy, and cost $1.50/year to run....can you tell 'm really bored today????
