🏆 2025 Chief Buildings Building of the Year – Agricultural Category Winner! 🌾

Congratulations to Chief Independent Builder Senger Construction, LLC on this outstanding project: the Brady Coover Farm House & Shop in Barnard, Kansas.

This impressive agricultural facility combines durability, functionality, and comfort for modern farm operations. The project features a 100’ x 120’ farm shop with heated concrete floors and a cavity fill insulation system, paired with a finished 35’ x 30’ living quarters for convenience and efficiency on the property. The structure also includes a 50’ x 120’ open-wall lean-to, providing additional covered workspace and storage.

Additional highlights include Chief CS Panels in Ash Gray & Carbon, a 45’ x 18’ hydraulic door, and two sectional overhead doors, delivering both performance and accessibility for day-to-day agricultural needs.

Completed project for the Kansas Dairy Development! This project consisted of removing 8 rollup doors and raising the door height 2 feet with new Powerlift Hydraulic Doors. The Dairy wanted a more reliable maintenance free door. Enjoy your doors and thanks for the business!
