Our precast division has over a decade of precast design and detailing experience. We have been involved with a number of different types of projects, including commercial warehouses, office buildings, parking garages, multi-story residential, tornado shelters, schools, and many more. Two of our multi-story residential projects (pictured below) have recently gotten a lot of recognition: 43 Green is the first eTOD project in the City of Chicago (Equitable Transit-Oriented Development) and Elm 551 at Parkside received the 2023 PCI Design Award for Best Multi-Family Building.
