Going through the new bike and finding all sorts of gems 😂

Spark plug apparently was submerged in the ocean for 12yrs before getting installed in the bike and chain and sprockets were absolutely toasted by the previous owner, rear sprocket bolts were torqued down by Jesus himself, and no amount of impact heat torch or anything could get them bolts off until we decided to just weld nuts to the Allen bolts and even broke welds twice before the last one gave up the fight lol.

Replaced parts and installed correctly to proper torque specs with antiseize backer to make disassembly easier next time around. 🤙

Next on the list is oil change and filter with an upgraded magnetic drain plug. By then I should have all the parts in house to go through the bike and wire the full street legal kit into it. 👌

Still looking for some used YZ blue wheels before I pull the trigger on tires.

Then the last 10% will be odds and ends and cosmetics.

Busy day! Figured since I already had the trailer might as well take a swing at finishing the exhaust on the race mower....

Everything is officially tacked and plumbed just need to finish weld it on the bench later.

Pretty dang happy with how it all turned out! I’ve had this vision for a Very long time and it feels amazing to see it come together.

True long tube primaries with better oil filter/oil dump clearances, centered X pipe, proper side pipes with turnouts and custom straight through mufflers. 👌

We are now offering custom length and spec upgraded brake lines for Toyotas and any race/play vehicles.

Braided stainless steel hoses with -3AN fittings. Adapters to go to your factory brake lines, sky is the limit! We can put together virtually any custom kit to get you dialed in or extend lines for mid to long travel suspension systems!

We’ve been running these on our daily’s and offroad rigs for years without a single failure, they just work and provide immense amount of peace of mind. And they are stupid simple to install and maintain which is a huge bonus.

This is a stock length kit headed out the door to a lucky First Gen Tundra owner with VSC equipped. 🤙
