SHOP POLICY
NO CALL NO SHOW/ LAST MIN CANCELATIONS/ LATE

Late Cancelation Policy- Appointments canceled with less than 24hrs notice ( same day cancelations) will be charged 50% of booked service.
Appointments that are missed no call no shows will be charged 100% of the booked service. More than 2 no shows will result in not being able to schedule any future appointments.

Tardiness policy- If you are going to be late to your appointment please call or text me, if we need to reschedule your a appointment 50% of the appointment will be charged. If we can still work you into the schedule a late fee will be added to the appointment cost. I do understand things come up sometimes, and that will be assessed on a case to case basis.

Your continued support is extremely valuable; thank you in advance for your patience and understanding during this transition.

Due to certain (corona virus)circumstances the shop will be temporarily closed down until further notice. Thank you for all the support and look forward to getting everything back to normal. If you had an appointment set up unfortunately we will have to cancel them and reschedule.
