Does anyone happen to know what equipment these 2 Kawasaki robots go into? We have 2 sets (robots, pre-aligners, controllers & cables, minus the end effectors). The part numbers are shown below:

2.Kawasaki 3NTS2A-R203

Ideally we would like to know the OEM Make and Model of the equipment. We are assuming this would be in the Semiconductor industry. Also if anyone is seeking these robots please contact us! There are more images available upon request.

Uline / Metro Rack Shelving & Cage.There are qty 3 units in this lot, all are Uline or Metro style metal shelving. They came out of a lab/clean room. Good condition. Qty 2 are just shelves and Qty 1 is a lockable cage so fully enclosed. Prefer to sell all at once, purging storage, located in Scotts Valley/Santa Cruz. Pick up's need an appointment as they are behind a locked gate for entry.

Ulvac Technologies Sputtering System is available. This one is Model SIV 200, Comes with a carrier for qty 3 wafers at 150mm size. But can do multiple other sizes of wafers, just need a carrier or pallet. Also other substrates. More images avaialable upon request, inspections are welcome.
