Finally got my big order of casters in abs finished up numero uno of the simple backyard smoker. Also know on as Blue Collar Pits. These are a 24” x 48” chamber and 24” firebox made from 3/8” pipe. Single cooking grate and single temp gauge. This one we added a upper rack and extra temp gauge. But this is how they will come. And they sell for $1700.00. I’ve sold 17 so far so if you wanna get one let me know.

Built my first Direct heat cooker. This is a 24” x 48” setup. It has a 23” x 47” cooking grate with the option to use 2 slide out grates for 2 levels of cooking or slide in the deflector plates for indirect heat cooking or smoking.
