We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to fill an immediate role. We are a rapidly growing full-service concrete company serving the East Coast of Delaware, Maryland and Virginia. We carry out projects in the commercial, industrial and residential sectors. We pride ourselves on quality and commitment. If you are looking for a company to grow with, this is it. This is a position where anything is possible and compensation will always be based on knowledge, merit and loyalty.

- Must speak enough English to understand the job duties and communicate to complete the job accurately.
- Must have 5 years of concrete construction experience.
-should be able to install foundations with set corners and construction lines
-Possess the ability to install floors, place them and finish them with a hard trowel.
-should be able to install concrete stairs
- Applicant must possess the ability to finish concrete.
- Applicant must be able to operate a trowel machine
- Must be able to pass DOT physical
- Must have a driver's license
- Must have a clean driving record
- Applicant must have proficient skills to operate an excavator and skid steer loader.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

I would like the opportunity to talk about how you might fit into our team. We manage teams of three and four men, of which you would be the team leader of one. Candidates would be provided an F350 utility body with the tools you need to do your job provided all the above conditions have been met. You would be able to drive this truck home with the understanding that you are responsible for the tools that are provided. The average work week is 40 to 50 hours. Pay could range from $25.00 to $35.00.
We pay for all major holidays and usually provide year-end bonuses. After we have time to see how skilled you are, we will discuss the appropriate payment settings. We work all year. We usually keep very busy in the winter months. I would like the opportunity to discuss your qualifications and how we can make you the newest team member.

ISO - Concrete Foreman / Project Manager

KLH Enterprises LLC is looking for a seasoned Foreman/Crew Leader to fill an immediate position. We are a rapidly growing full service concrete company servicing the eastern shore of Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia. We complete projects within the commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. We pride ourselves on quality and commitment. If you are looking for a company to grow with, this is it. -Must speak English (bilingual speaking applicants are encouraged)
-Must have 10+ years experience in concrete construction.
-Must be able to layout footings, building corners elevations and anchor bolts from blue prints.
-Must posses knowledge to complete Flat work, C.I.P. walls, slab on decks, heavy duty paving, sidewalks and steps
-Must be able to calculate elevation from site drawings
-Applicant needs to possess the ability to finish concrete.
-Applicant must be able to pass DOT physical
-Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
-Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
-Class A or Class B license not required but welcome and will increase earning ability
-Applicant should have proficient skills operating an excavator and skid steer.
-Applicant should have knowledge of current technology
