🟢We recently wrapped up this 1,200 sq. ft. storage facility for Double E Ranch and Venue here in Parker county. Since they host a wide array of events, they needed a secure spot to rotate their tables and chairs.
To tackle the high risk of water intrusion at this specific site, we designed and poured a protective stem wall around the building. Result? 100% dry, secure, and worry free storage for years to come.

This one tested our creativity. The end goal was to infill 2 holes in the second floor from the original build over 20 years ago. There were many hurdles we had to cross from how to get material inside the building to how we are going to get it in place. Planning and sequence of events was more crucial on this job than any of the previous. We had one shot to get this up and the team nailed it. Will post the lift videos in the comments.
