Time to get busy, 2 on stands and 4 in the chute. Ranging from a 2018 Hellcat Hemi refresh to a trick little 378" sporting AFR - Air Flow Research Mongoose 260's sitting atop CP-Carrillo Bullet Slugs from my guy Justin Arias and wrapped up with a lot of goodies from Travis Thomas over at Brian Tooley Racing. We will do our best to capture each build as they come together with small write up's and photo dumps. This pump gas 416" was wrapped up in December, it will be finding home in a 2nd gen nova. Sporting a plethora of Brian Tooley Racing goodies such as the Trinity Intake, black coil mount valve covers, 6.125" H beam rods, 4.00" crank, 3/8" pushrods, shaft rocker system and many more. AFR - Air Flow Research 260cc cylinder heads, Wiseco Powersports piston and ring pack, Calico Coatings ACL rod and main bearings, Moroso Performance Products, Inc. oil pan, pickup, and windage trap to keep oil control in check, and lastly Motion Raceworks icon throttle body to let all the air it needs in.

Didn't catch too many pictures of this one being busy getting the clean room in the new shop finished when it was going together but no doubt it's going to be pump gas monster that will be a lot of fun.

Alex has had BD Injectors and a BD built billet shaft 48re, BD triple disk converter, and BD billet flexplate since 2013 in his 07 Mega Cab. With 130k+ hard miles pulling trailers and driving it how a 7k+ lb truck shouldn't be driven they have held up flawlessly.

Throw back Thursday from around 2016/17 for the first job done on the South Bend lathe after getting it. Fuel feed T for an older motorcycle that had a damaged piece, the part was near impossible to find. Turned from a piece of stainless and double o ring to ensure it was the last one he needed. If only that little SB 9 could talk... being a mid 50s model I cannot even begin to imagine the things it has made.

Had a silverado come in with the customer stating it had a lifter tick. The lifter tick was a catastrophic lifter failure that wiped the camshaft sending all the axle needle bearings and shrapnel through it. It resulted in needing a different crank, lots of cleaning, and all new bearings and rings throughout. Brian Tooley Racing supplied all the parts for this job. If you have a ticking LS and need a DOD/AFM delete done on a GM or MDS delete done on a gen3 Hemi let us know we do a lot of them. We are a dealer for Brian Tooley Racing so if your looking for a cam upgrade at the same time you can get it all done at the same time and be worry free.

It's nice to switch it up and do some Chrysler stuff now and then. 2022 6.4 hemi thats getting a Hellcat take off blower. We used Flyin' Ryan Performance piston and rod package with Calico Coatings rod bearings, ATI Performance Products overdrive balancer and pin kit, Brian Tooley Racing supplied the PDS blower cam, MDS delete components as well as all the gaskets needed to button it up. I have a feeling a smaller blower pulley is in this ones future.

If you are making a lot of boost/cylinder pressure and keep pushing water, or just want the added reassurance over factory 11mm bolts/studs in favor of ARP 1/2" head studs let us know. We have done quite a few high HP stock block engines like the LC9 below.

It's hard to believe that 1 year ago we embarked on the path to build the new shop 100% ourselves. It hasn't been fast, but it's been fun and gratifying along the way. We are hoping to be moved in soon and start taking on some more jobs and get the shop car finished up.
