It's fun to celebrate new additions to the TJ Hale "family!"

Baby girl, Millie, is the first child for Adam and his wife Lindsay. Adam is on our Engineering team.

Baby boy, Henry, is baby #2 for Jake and his wife Katie. Juniper is big sister to Henry. Jake is one of our Project Managers.

We just wanted to take a minute to congratulate each of them on this memorable time in their lives.

We just want to share a little bit of the fun we had at our recent "Leap Day" Chili Cookoff! Nate won the best overall chili, stealing the championship belt from a very unhappy Kathy! Everyone else enjoyed many different chili dishes made by our employees.

Even though Thanksgiving was last week, we are still remembering a special day spent celebrating our team and recognizing our veteran employees. Our special guest was 100-year-old Julian, WWII Navy veteran, who delivered our blessing. It was a great way to enter this holiday season!

Our team had fun at Halefest 2023! Stix Golf Entertainment provided a great space for employees and their families to relax, enjoy awesome food and drinks, and play on their golf simulators! Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin, Throw-Toss-and Roll competitions meant an opportunity for anyone to win gift cards!

We had fun at our pre-4th of July picnic where we celebrated a long-time employee and raised money for Sojourner Family Peace Center. Congrats to Jesus and Morgan who won the Axe Throwing Contest.

Congratulations to our employees, Chris and Tom, who recently received the CEO's Relentless Pursuit of Excellence Award. Chris leads our Estimating efforts while continually improving processes. Tom is a Cabinetmaker who has made personal sacrifices by changing shifts and working in various departments to ensure we meet our delivery dates.
