Smart Secure is looking for door-to-door and outside sales positions in all of Southern California. No experience is required.
We are actively hiring motivated individuals who are looking for an opportunity for growth with a newer home security company that focuses on developing a strong company culture and takes an active role in developing its most important asset, YOU!
As a Smart Secure Sales Rep, you will utilize your strengths and our company tools to:
• Sell door-to-door home security and automation services
• Provide excellent customer service to client base and handle objections effectively
• Master sales techniques and improve communication skills, leadership qualities, and time management
• Manage a pipeline of leads as well as cultivate your own
How you get PAID:
• Clear commission structure averaging $500 - $700 per deal. More if you sell additional equipment
•This is a commission only position
•Promotion through attainable production standards: includes higher base commissions and overrides on team production
What we are looking for:
•Experience in door-to-door sales or customer service environment (Preferred)
•Experience with home security, automation, and video surveillance (Preferred)
•Passion for people and outstanding customer service skills
•Demonstrated persuasion and negotiation skills
•Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales success
Requirements:
•Reliable transportation and valid driver license
•Ability to legally work in the United States
•Reliable smartphone and/or tablet
Location:
We are building multiple teams throughout all of Southern California to include: Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego Counties.
