Sorry for being a little slow with our posts on here but we are grateful to be absolutely jammed up in the shop and we can't say thank you enough for all of your support ! Here is a fun little job we just finished up. Customer stopped by saying he was looking for ideas on mounting some solar panels on his cargo trailer making it sustainable off grid without compromising the structure of the factory roof and frame.

No problem over here. We came up with a plan and delivered. Strong, functional and clean all while being done on time and in budget.

Over here at 321 MetalWorx we understand that a brand new truck is not always in the budget and we love making the not so pretty ones look like new along with the most important part making them usable again !

Here is a quick little refurb we finished up for a great customer. Had a rusted out liftgate and floor. A little steel along with some finesse and we had it back on the road making the customer money again for a fraction of the cost of a new one !

Check out this little job we finished up this week. Customer stopped by saying he needed a way to tow a trailer behind his dump truck. No problem. We delivered. Strong, functional and clean all while being done on time and in budget.

Here are a couple little jobs we just finished up for a great customer. He called stating he had a little incident with his trailer and was not sure if it could be fixed. We said bring it over and let us take a look. A few hours later he was all fixed up and back to making money. We cut out the old tongue and support beam out allowing us room to install upgraded rails and supports along with a new 8k drop leg jack.

While he was here picking up that trailer he asked if we could fab him up a new flatbed with headache rack in a timely fashion. Of course we can. We offer install but the customer wanted to do the paint and install at his facility.

Factory built is not always the best built. We have seen multiple aluminum trailer units have failures in the tongue area. This customer found himself in that spot. Thin walled metal, sub par welding and mass production usually contribute to these problems. Lucky for him we have the experience to fix these issues allowing the customer to get back to work fast !

This trailer had a standard tongue that terminated at the front V nose using their famous "industry approved welds" that we see fail on a regular basis. We cut out the factory tongue and frame allowing us to install a new triple tube double tongue rail and add some floor bracing using much thicker material allowing many years of safe trouble free use.

This project is one that we really loved helping out on. Customer called stating he could not find anyone to tackle the job of turning an old command center into a RV type unit for his quadriplegic son to be able to get to his brothers wedding. We were under a real tight schedule and dealing with many other obstacles during this build however the team pulled through and we delivered on time and under budget !

We removed the rear wall and added some bracing, installed a custom reinforced door frame allowing the installation of some heavy duty doors and a wheel chair lift allowing the safe loading and unloading of the passenger.

We did not get any shop pics but this great customer was needing a little more storage and a few other upgrades on his brand new dump trailer and we delivered ! Built a storage tray on the open gooseneck area with multiple tie down points while still allowing access to the spare tire. Added a couple corner jacks to stabilize the trailer while loading and unloading a machine along with relocating his ramps from the difficult to reach factory location up to the sides with the ability to lock them securely.
