12lb brisket barely fit in mom's tiny Traeger. Lol so I stuffed a chunk of lamb leg in to fill it all the way! Visiting and prepping some meals for mom and my brother Jarrad. Chicken and sausages going in after I wrap these guys.

Sherrie asked/sounded like an order for breakfast-haha. Mushroom,red bell pepper, green onion and tomato w cheddar omelette topped w avacado and asparagus, pico de gallo along w/ cheddar herb drop biscuit w sausage gravy and sausage patty. This is most I've cooked since surgery December 5th.

It was good seeing everyone at the RMBBQA awards banquet. Won a Bison Tomohawk Steak donated by Casey from At Ease BBQ, did a reverse sear starting in smoker then seared on PK Grill. Delicious! Thanks Casey!

Just got off a 3 day Blue Fin trip this morning on a private charter with 23 old, new and current friends. Awesome experience on the out of San Diego. Up to 210 # BF Tuna onboard.
