Had the pleasure of completing this custom handrail/grab rail for an upstairs apartment addition in a customer’s detached garage.

Fabricated out of 2”x2” square tubing for posts, 1”x1” horizontal pickets, and 1”x3” top rail, this design came out elegant, sleek, and functional! ✔️

Been busy working a single hand 3rd shift gig here recently, but still able to knock out some jobs during the day.
Here is some medicine ball storage racks custom fabricated by myself, tucked within the parameters of the existing beam so no sharp corners could potentially harm athletes in training… with rubber end caps for safe measure. They also needed a new base for their vertical jump trainer, as the old one was made of cheap steel and had bent from trainers standing on the back. Fabricated new base with 1/4” material and threaded rubber feet on the bottom. Also added a bar where plates can attach so there will be no need for trainers to stand on the back anymore.

Fixed up a fellow Riverbend Member’s broken slide out bracket and got it aligned, just in time for him to be able to pull his camper out and make it to his sister’s wedding day.

Cut & replaced bottom section of customer’s cellar door that had been buried in the ground. When cutting out the old metal, I had noticed the previous repair had only stitch welded the plate in, with every spot between where most of the rot had presented itself. Seam welded it out entirely and customer painted to prevent/slow future rot while being buried under dirt.

Lastly, customer had brought an aluminum goat trailer that had broken welds making the back corner of the trailer sit about an inch lower than it should and making the door inoperable. Jacked up the floor to where it needed to be, cleaned up previous welds, plated, and welded out. Ready to be put back to work hauling more goats!

Busy past couple weekends assisting a partnered local Welding & Repair business with some concrete batch plant scale repair/revamp.
Take a look at the process from deteriorated patched together AR plate to a uniform wear resistant Hardox 450 replacement. As always, grateful for the continued support and looking forward to the next big job we can knock out!

Wrapped up assisting Mountain State Welding and Repair LLC & crew with some mansand bin inner wall reinforcement, overlayed with hardox steel.

Roads are very slick this afternoon, Highly suggest staying home, unless it’s a necessity.
