Refined Fabrication & Design welcomed local 8th grade students participating in the Marshfield Community Careers Tours.

During their visit, students learned about careers in fabrication, welding, manufacturing, and drafting, while getting an inside look at how custom metal projects move from concept to completion. Our team enjoyed sharing their experiences and highlighting the skills, technology, and craftsmanship that go into the work we do every day.

Introducing students to career opportunities in the skilled trades is an important investment in the future workforce, and we were excited to showcase the rewarding careers available right here in Central Wisconsin.

Thank you to the students and organizers for visiting Refined. We hope to see some future fabricators, welders, and designers among the group!
