The Richer School PTO is an organization whose mission is to strengthen, enhance and encourage the educational and social environment of Richer Elementary School. Our goals are to complement the school curriculum with additional opportunities for parents, teachers and students to learn, socialize, communicate and grow. Because we are a PTO, we do not pay any dues to state or national organizations
and instead keep all of the funds that we raise for our school. Through many different fundraisers, the PTO also organizes and funds cultural art programs, which complement and increase the educational opportunities for the students. Other contributions include, but are not limited to: field trip supplements, book fairs, free book distributions for each student, classroom equipment such as document cameras and iPads, and donations of playground equipment for recess play.
