Every feature on this custom helical gear matters, so every step gets checked.

After hobbing and inspection, our machinists deburr by hand. It is the oldest finishing step in the book, and also one of the most important. A clean edge affects how a part fits, how it wears, and how long it lasts in the field. From first cut to final check, this is what quality looks like when you actually care about what leaves the floor.

We had a great time at CONEXPO-CON/AGG in Las Vegas back in March.

Four days connecting with OEMs and manufacturing partners, reviewing prints, and building on existing partnerships. Thank you to everyone who stopped by.

It starts with a blank and ends with a finished part that’s ready to run.

These helical gears move through hobbing with quality control at every step. Setup is dialed in. Teeth are cut and deburred clean. Each part is inspected, washed, and checked again before it leaves our floor.

That consistency matters when you’re running production, and part-to-part variability isn’t an option.

When an application calls for tighter lead control and improved surface finish, this is where we take it. Our Klingelnberg Höfler Viper 500KW gives us the control to grind complex helical profiles up to 30-inch OD and hold spec on demanding builds.
