The reservoir can be auto filled via an external tank. The VIP controller monitors both the pump motor and the ultrasensor. The SMX divider block delivers precise amounts of lubricant to each specific point. Lastly, all of the cords are housed neatly in a junction box.

DropsA North America's VIP4 for air/oil lubrication and how it works!!

A sensor on the VIP4Chain monitors chain movement (links) and can be set to lubricate a chosen number of links (1–10,000). When it detects a lubrication point, it triggers oil injection and an air stream, delivering a precise lubricant dose for a configurable duration to prevent waste and dripping. After the set points are lubricated, the VIP4Chain enters standby and counts impulses before resuming, compensating for speed changes and stoppages.
