The Snyder family got beautiful handrail installed today on their newly renovated deck! Ever job doesn’t go perfect , it actually usually doesn’t. But the difference is we will not settle for ok work. The part no one shares is stuff like this. First go around this handrail came out wrong. Who’s fault didn’t matter. I want it to be exactly what they asked for. Could’ve I made it work…. Yes but that’s not what we strive for. So after modifications and getting powder coated for a second time , we got it exactly how it was suppose to be and it turned out amazing. Brandon Rowe and his team at EPIC COATINGS AND BLAST did an amazing job as always!

People say “ you gunna teach that boy to weld?!”
I’ve now taught both my daughter and my son a smidge of welding just for fun. My wife as well. But the truth is I never built a business to pass on. I built a business to support and provide the life I feel they deserve with the best skills these rough hands could do. I know they are going to be way beyond my talent and knowledge when they grow older and they’ll hopefully pass my success up 10 fold. For the time being this quickly aging dad will keep grinding it out, the long days and nights. I hope they learn what hard work and dedication means through my actions but to be honest I hope they never have to run a bead a day in their life to earn a dollar. They were meant to fly way higher than me. So proud of both of them.
