TYPE 22 MODULAR RUNOUT INSPECTION WHEEL FIXTURE

We have designed a new and innovative Type 22 Run-out Fixture for wheels ranging in diameters from 14" to 24" and widths from 6" to 14". The Type 22 Fixture includes two inter-changeable arms for: Individual Bead Seat & Bead Seat Average measurements

The Type 22 has a custom precision ground universal wheel clamping system; a precision heavy duty ground shaft that runs inside a custom pedestal; heavy duty roller bearings; precision hardened and ground chuck with 6 sliding fingers with locator pins for lug hole clamping; hardened and ground center locating cones with a non-marking nylon clamping plate for center locating.

Global Commercial Trading, LLC is pleased to announce that it is now representing Kunshan Q-Casting Precision Mold Co., Ltd. (QKS) in the supply of automotive wheel molds and tooling.
QKS currently manufactures low pressure molds, spinning and forging tooling for most major wheel manufacturers in China, South-East Asia, Middle East, Canada, and Mexico. QKS has over 120 employees (30 are engineers), and over 40 CNC machine tools dedicated to manufacturing over 1,500 molds and tools per year. Every wheel casting mold is tested prior to shipping to customers and the “solidification recipe” included with each mold.
Molds may be produced and ready to ship in three to four weeks, after the first mold is produced.
Molds are priced competitively, even with the current increase in tariffs, and the quality is comparable or better to locally produced molds.
