Some of the last few week’s plastic work
Delrin, acrylic, FR-4, PTFE — each one machines completely differently, and that’s half the fun.

Tight bores in slippery PTFE, clean edges in acrylic, crisp pockets in Delrin, and careful dust-control for FR-4.
Same spindle, four totally different playbooks.

Always cool seeing how far good tooling, good setups, and a little patience can take you.

That little drill bit? She’s only .020” wide — about the size of a human hair.
And she’s cutting cleaner than a new pocketknife. 🤠

Met some sharp folks makin’ gadgets that look like they came straight off the Starship Enterprise (except with more caffeine and less budget).

Some folks say breaking a mirror brings 7 years’ bad luck… out here, it just brings us 7 more broken end mills. 🤠

A little carbide casualty never stopped us — we’re still cuttin’ fast, holdin’ tight tolerances, and makin’ shiny parts prettier than a Texas sunset. 🌵✨
