SPRINGDALE -- A new portion of the Springdale Northern Bypass and the new connector road to the Northwest Arkansas National Airport are officially open for use after a ribbon cutting Friday morning.

It may look like a simple clip angle welded to a beam fl**ge, but details like this play a critical role in bridge construction.

The elevation of this angle helps establish the finished bridge deck elevations. A small error here can create challenges when pouring the concrete bridge deck.

We are grateful for the opportunity to provide construction layout services for Crossland Heavy on the 8th Street Gateway Bridge project in Bentonville.

Excited to see this one continue taking shape and proud to play a small role in a project that will become a landmark connection within Bentonville’s trail system.

We are grateful for the trust Contractors place in us to layout both simple and complex structures.

When things get tight, skewed, or just plain complicated… the details matter. That’s where good layout makes all the difference.

Bridges are our specialty—and making sure they get built right in the field is something we take seriously. Thanks to all of the Contractors that give us the opportunity to work on these amazing projects.

We had the opportunity to design a temporary bridge in Mississippi for Manhattan Road and Bridge to support construction of a new permanent crossing.

The goal was simple: maintain safe, reliable access for the public while work continues on the final structure.

The temporary solution combined:
✔️ Pile bents for a straightforward, adaptable substructure
✔️ Precast concrete beams for efficient installation
✔️ An ACROW span over the creek to quickly bridge the main crossing

Temporary structures like this often don’t get much attention, but they play a critical role in keeping projects on schedule and communities connected.
