This morning, I captured this photo that prompted me to reflect on our team's journey. The progress we've achieved is a testament to years of hard work, dedication, and strong partnerships.

Since I joined the company full-time in 2008, after starting part-time in 2005, I've had the privilege of witnessing a remarkable transformation. What began as a business focused on textile machinery and accessories has evolved into a leading precision metal fabrication and machining operation.

Today, we are excited to announce a significant milestone with the addition of our new $4.5 million, 30,000 sq. ft. facility. In just a few short month’s this expansion will allow us to introduce CNC tube fabrication, featuring:

- Trumpf 7000 tube laser with capacity up to 11" OD round and 8" square
- Transfluid tube bender with capacity up to 4" OD

Additionally, we've recently enhanced our capabilities with:
- 135-ton Cincinnati press brake with 6-axis gauging and CNC crowning
- Hexagon Absolute Arm w/scanner for our quality lab, enabling faster and more precise measurements

These investments position us to better serve our customers and continue expanding our capabilities well into the future. We are not stopping here, more improvements are already in the works, and I look forward to sharing updates along the way.

As we begin 2026, we want to thank our customers, partners, and employees for helping make 2025 our best year in our companies 53 year history. That momentum was driven by strong partnerships, a reliable supply chain, and most importantly an outstanding team committed to doing things the right way. We’re entering 2026 positioned to continue that growth by delivering quality products on time and at a competitive price.

# # # Major Capacity & Technology Investments in 2026
This year marks a major step forward in our tube processing capabilities and overall operational efficiency:

- **30,000 sq. ft. Tube Processing Facility (anticipated completion in Q3 2026)**
This expansion will increase throughput, improve workflow, and support future growth while maintaining the quality and responsiveness our customers expect.

- **New TRUMPF 7000 Tube Laser (arriving in 2026)**
Capabilities include:
- Up to **11" OD** round tube
- Up to **8" x 8" x 3/8"** square tube
- CNC Drill & Tap Capabilites
- Custom shapes, angles, beams, channels
- **24-foot** material length capacity
- **9,000-watt resonator** for speed, precision, and consistency

- **New Transfluid CNC Mandrel Bender (arriving in 2026)**
Capable of bending up to **4" OD x 1/8" wall** round tubing and 2-1/2” square expanding our ability to produce complex tube assemblies with repeatable accuracy.

Alongside equipment and facility investments, we’re strengthening the systems that support quality and delivery performance:

- **ISO 9001 Certification** expected in the coming months
- **New ERP software implementation**, including **live job tracking** and **shop-floor analysis** for real-time visibility, accurate time studies and better decision-making.
- **Paperless Parts quoting software**, helping us respond faster and quote more accurately and consistently.
