Thomas Hall is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of VCG Global, one of Northern California’s top design-build manufacturers specializing in luxury architectural millwork, custom casework, and engineered fabrication solutions for the hospitality, commercial, winery, and high-end residential markets.
A graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, Thomas began his career in advanced manufacturing, spending more than twenty years leading operations and manufacturing initiatives for organizations with annual revenues exceeding $200 million. During this time, he gained extensive expertise in manufacturing strategy, operational excellence, engineering collaboration, and global supply chain management.
In 2005, Thomas founded VCG Global as a contract manufacturing and product development consultancy, partnering with mechanical engineers and industrial designers to produce innovative consumer technology products and high-end retail merchandising systems throughout Asia.
Through this work, he earned the trust of globally recognized luxury and consumer brands, including Christian Dior, Louis Vuitton, Monster Energy, Callaway Golf, Speck Products, and many others.
Today, VCG Global collaborates with some of the industry’s most respected architects, interior designers, developers, and general contractors to deliver architecturally significant projects across California and beyond. The company’s portfolio features landmark projects for Apple, The French Laundry, BV Estate W**ery, AC Hotels by Marriott, and partnerships with leading design firms such as BAMO, AvroKO, and Signum Architecture, among many others.
