Spectrum Wi-Fi has been s**t since the storm in April. Everything on the modem displays fine, Wi-Fi modem keeps dumping the signal. Replaced equipment last Saturday, no change. Bought a new cable for modems, no change. Service tech has been to my house two days in a row. I’ve spent countless hours on the phone going through the same process every time I’ve called to no avail. I run an online business and started online classes. I am beyond stressed TF out and don’t have what it takes to get on the phone with these people without completely loosing my s**t. I have zero patience left.
