EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE NEEDED

LASAR as part of the Alabama Response Strike Team has been requested to assist with support to Oxford Mississippi area due to this record winter storm! The following items are in great demand. Due to local weather and power outage’s!
Bottled water
Propane for camp stoves
Caned food
Non perishable foods
Blankets
LASAR will be open starting Tuesday from 1pm-6pm daily until Friday. cash donations will be accepted to acquire items needed. All donations will be delivered to Oxford not later than Saturday! Cash donations can be done through our web site at. LASAR.net

Great training event is now open for all first responders! We are hosting a training Cruise on the Carnival Spirit Feb 28th - Mar 6, 2027. Six classes with CEU’s taught on days at sea. One $25 registration fee covers all six classes! The best part, it’s a fully tax deductable event if you are a first responders or fire fighter or medical or EMS, where the classes apply to your volunteer or paid position. LASAR, will be hosting a class on "Lost Person Behavior" Saturday Sept 13 at 08:00 in the classroom at 34247 Barclay Ave. Lillian Al. all first responders interested are invited to attend.
class will cover multiple age and physical aspects of the search for different demographics dealing with a lost person mission.
