Our objective is, as individuals and as a team, to reach and exceed our clients’ goals. He/She shall be responsible for achieving assigned monthly/quarterly/yearly objectives representing one or more of the company’s service or product offerings.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Prepares and submits clean claims to various insurance companies either electronically or by paper.
· Answers questions from patients, clerical staff and insurance companies.
· Identifies and resolves patient billing complaints.
· Reviews accounts for possible assignment and makes recommendations to the Billing Supervisor.
· Performs various collection actions including contacting payers, patients, correcting and resubmitting claims to third party payers.
· Work on claim denials, payments and appeals, as assigned
· Processes payments from insurance companies and prepares daily logs.
Professionally representing our firms when providing support to our clients
· Receiving, documenting, and transferring to the appropriate department all support queries which cannot be solved at first contact.
· Follow up on internal departments and external entities to solve promptly and with quality customer support queries
· Obtain positive reviews and feedbacks at the closure of all support interactions
· Communicating on a regular basis with internal teammates and management to support objectives to be achieved on a planned and consistent basis
· Training and mentoring new hires as the department grows
· Assisting new customer base while retaining current customers
· Assisting in presenting promotions while demonstrating outstanding service and product
Sales Responsibilities:
· Engage in the sales process as required to assist sales specialists with the specialized drafting of prospect clients’ requirements
· Represent the company and provide with an overview explanation of our processes to interested prospect clients
· Perform prospecting, develop, and close sales leads using a variety of company’s resources.
· Meet daily, weekly, and monthly customer satisfaction scores and sales goals.
Requirements:
Strong business development focus, willing to prospect and uncover new potential sales opportunities from prospect level through to closing deals.
An understanding and passion for the healthcare world, the digital marketing world, or the web technology world.
Capability to learn fast and apply learned concepts to sales, customer acquisition, and customer service processes.
Motivated, enthusiastic, self-starter who can work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
Sales experience with a hunter mentality and a strong desire to succeed.
Ability to virtually meet with potential customers as needed.
Relentless persistence in a competitive marketplace.
