Black walnut and green epoxy river table made from slabs surfaced with the router sled. Watching the dried slabs come to life with a few passes of the router sled is pretty awesome.

Using the sled to carve out a landing for some legs. Cut down 3/16", squared up corners with a chisele, drilled + installed hardware then attached the leg

On to the next 5x10 table and it is available !

-36" rollers at the front and back for loading slabs

-4) heavy duty casters with built in break but also can level the table for epoxy work

-8" adjustable z-axis (this is a huge upgrade, the original unit has 4" adjustment with the hand crank and the entire x axis would need to be moved to a higher bolt up position on the y rail plate to get the available 6")

On to the next 5x10 table going to try to incorporate rollers on both sides for loading/unloading slabs

Had to break some bad news to a customer looking to remove router lines from a family heirloom. Turns out the top is particle board

First portion of surfacing slabs is knocking down the high spots, flipping and repeat. This method leaves the final slab surfaced and as thick as possible

Final pass on a large black walnut slab (96x24x2.5). It will make a nice table!
