Plateau Welding

This 2 foot bucket that goes on a Deere 160g had a major crack starting to form near the top sides on the bucket. This crack was cut out and welded on both sides of the bucket along with 1 inch thick plates weld along the mouth to keep the bucket held together so it will not crack or break for a long time.

4 tooth tag bucket just got done being outfitted with 6 (1 in thick x 3 in wide) wear plates, some double layered hardfacing, weld on side cutters (so the holes for the bolt on side cutter don’t crack) and some 1/2in thick x 3 in wide bars on the inside webbing to slow down wear.

Built this new wash room grate for 3535 farm. Old one was made of square tubing and would hold water and eventually failed. The new one is made of solid metal and should last them a very long time. Thank you for the work.
