I’ve been fortunate enough to have had some great Coaches and Mentors in my life. Some consistent traits: character, love of competition, and respect for the practice. This is a MUST READ 1: be quick, don’t hurry. 2: no opponent deserves to be feared. 3: every opponent deserves respect 4: there is no substitute for hard work and planning 5: self analysis brings improvements.
