Behind every dependable generator is a dependable team standing behind it. Meet the WINCO Service Team!

Nick has been with WINCO for 2 years. After starting in our Purchasing Department and bringing his background as a technician, he has become a valuable part of our Warranty and After Sales Support team.

Dan began at WINCO in Sales 7 years ago, making for a natural transition into the Service Department from the Sales Department. His technical training, industry knowledge, and drive led him into the role of Service Manager.

Dale has been a cornerstone of the Service Department for 24 years. His product knowledge is second to none, and he manages all of our parts sales.

David has been with WINCO for 13 years. Starting in the factory as an assembler and test technician, he made a seamless move into the Service Department where his hands-on experience continues to benefit our customers every day.

From technical support to parts and warranty assistance, this team helps keep our customers powered and supported long after the sale.

At WINCO Generators, even our foam works hard.

Our sound attenuating foam cutter runs a pneumatic blade at 12,000 strokes per minute (yeah, it’s fast) to cut each piece to the perfect size, while smart nesting helps us reduce waste along the way.

Our engineering team also thinks through every detail, designing cutouts for every nut and bolt so techs in the field can get the job done quicker and easier.

And the end result? A Level II sound-reducing housing with a 3-layer foam system that’s durable, flame-resistant, and helps keep things a whole lot quieter.
