Battle born and desert trained
In 1987, a father moved his family to Henderson, Nevada to work as legal counsel for industry staple Sanders Construction. 30 years later, founder William Tilleman got a call similar to his father’s, but it was to work as general manager of a rock drill/equipment company.
Tilleman worked hands-on with rock drills doing everything from selling, servicing, delivery and all the numbers involved. After a raw and unadulterated desert-training, a brain child based on a simple business model took flight: take a daily need, add the right technology, and transform an industry.
Duke + Rockwell is a consumables company that understands the rock drill. We are taking an industry that is still on pen and paper and arming it with modern day smart devices to give managers and owners decision-making power based on fact and information.
