Landscape Maintenance Worker
We are looking for full-time Landscape Maintenance workers to perform such tasks as, but not limited to, mowing, w**d pulling, edging, litter removal, trimming, planting, shoveling rock, fertilizing and raking. Must be reliable and pay attention to detail. Experience is not required but is a plus.

Responsibilities
• Report daily and on time to your crew leader or supervisor
• Conform to dress code and safety policies
• Completes work as directed by crew leader or supervisor
• Assist with loading and unloading work trucks and trailers with equipment and debris
• Complete assigned tasks in a safe, efficient and professional manner consistent with established time frames
• Use all maintenance tools and equipment to company safety policy
• Mowing, w**d pulling, edging, trash removal, trimming, planting, raking, fertilizing, etc.
• Reliable transportation
• Report any injuries, either to yourself or your co-workers, immediately to your division manager or supervisor

Skills/Physical Demands
• Reliable and dependable
• No experience required
• Desire to work in landscape maintenance or construction
• Lift up to 80 pounds of weight frequently throughout the workday
• Have full range of mobility in upper and lower body
• Reach over head
• Work in various positions including, but not limited to stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended period of time.
• Lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete job tasks
• Ability to work outside all day in extreme temperatures, 5 days a week, 40+ hours a week
• Walk at a brisk pace while performing most functions. This may be several miles per day.
• Bilingual is a plus, but not required

We are looking for a full-time Landscape Irrigation Technician / Specialist that would be responsible for supervising, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing of all irrigation components such as valves, manifolds, main lines, etc. for both residential and commercial properties and programming and installing various irrigation timers. Must have a valid Driver’s License, be reliable, trustworthy and pay attention to detail. Minimum 1 year of irrigation system/repair experience is required.

Responsibilities
• Report daily and on time to your division manager or supervisor
• Conform to dress code and safety policies
• Completes work as directed by your division manager or supervisor
• Interface with clients/customers when needed and establish relationships.
• Actively troubleshoots irrigation systems and identify and repair problems.
• Program all types of irrigation clocks to conform with the water district’s schedule.
• Complete assigned tasks in a safe, efficient and professional manner consistent with established time frames
• Must be organized and complete required billing/paperwork in a timely manner
• Reliable transportation

• Must have had at least 1 year previous landscape irrigation tech experience
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to speak English; bilingual in Spanish a plus
• Be able to speak with and communicate clearly with customers, managers and employees

Must have a valid Driver’s License, be reliable and pay attention to detail. 2 years of experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
• Report daily and on time to your division manager or supervisor
• Conform to dress code and safety policies
• Completes work as directed by your division manager or supervisor
• Provide day-to-day leadership to the work crew. Ensures each employee is proficient in working with tools/equipment, properly oriented, receives guidance, regular performance feedback, and any correction direction.
• Oversee the daily tasks of each crew member to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies
• Walk your jobs before leaving to check for potential problems or issues
• Assist with loading and unloading work trucks and trailers with equipment and debris
• Complete assigned tasks in a safe, efficient and professional manner consistent with established time frames
• Use all maintenance tools and equipment to company safety policy
• Mowing, w**d pulling, edging, trash removal, trimming, planting, raking, fertilizing, etc.
• This is a working leadership role that often involves working side-by-side with the crew to get the jobs done properly, on time and on budget.
• Reliable transportation
• Report any injuries, either to yourself or your co-workers, immediately to your division manager or supervisor

• Must be able to speak, read and write in English; bilingual in Spanish; basic math skills
• Must have had at least 1 year previous landscape maintenance experience and crew leader/foreman experience
• Must have a valid driver’s license and experience driving a truck with a trailer attached
• Be able to speak with and communicate clearly with customers, managers and employees
• Lift up to 80 pounds of weight frequently throughout the workday
